About Us...
Bundaberg Active Riders Inc is an Equestrian Australia (EA) affiliated club that started in 2013. We are a family friendly club, catering for all ages and abilites (enclosed area for littlies and less confident riders) and welcome new members/friends.
Apart from regular club days, BAR also holds jump competitions, hack days, sporting days, as well as jump and flat clinics. BAR also has a mini cross country course and runs 'express eventing', with the hopes of having a full course and running some eventing competition days too. We also have some western trail obstacles for members to practice with.

Colin President
Colin has been involved with horses ( mainly Arabians ) since 1978 . While he is not a rider these days , he understand there is a magic bond between horse and owner . It is his hope in 2024 to foster a fun, affordable and safe environment for riders to enjoy their passion.

Kate Secretary
Kate first joined the club in 2019. She loves a bit of (low level!) show jumping and is aiming to dabble in eventing this year with her off the track Thoroughbred.
